Regarding UCC, JDU national general secretary KC Tyagi said, ‘Our party is not against UCC. We want a consensus to be reached on this issue. In 2017, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar had also written a letter to the Law Commission on UCC.’ He further said, ‘We are not against it, but we have to find a solution by talking to all the stakeholders.’
